School Site Council

ABOUT THE COUNCIL

The PHHS School Site Council (SSC) is a committee of teachers, counselors, parents, students and administrators who are responsible for planning and sustaining the Single Plan for Student Achievement and the School Safety Plan per SB197.

Meetings begin in September. If you have any questions, comments or want additional information please contact the principal or SCC President.

Some main SSC responsibilities include:

• Meeting once a month, or more for sub committees

• Helping in the writing and implementation of the Single Plan for Student Achievement

• Approving the School Safety Plan

• Approving the expenditures of categorical funds

MEETING DATES AND TIMES

• The 2025-2026 meetings, in general, will be held the third Wednesday of the month from 4:00-5:00 pm.  More meetings may be scheduled as needed to conduct school essential business. Please use the Zoom link to access the meetings.

• Scheduled Meeting Dates for the 2025-2026 school year are:

  • October 15, 2025

  • November 19, 2025

  • December 17, 2025

  • January 21, 2026

  • February 25, 2026 (Changed due to Winter Break)
