This is my 23rd year coaching high school football at the varsity level and my 7th year as a head coach. 

Before coming to Piedmont Hills in 2025, I served as the Head Coach at Leland High School for six years and as the offensive coordinator for one year before that. Before being at Leland, I was at Milpitas High School, where I served as the offensive coordinator for 11 years and previously as the special teams coordinator for 5 years. 

I have coached in 9 CCS championship games, winning 4, including the 2024 CCS Division 5 game last year. I have also coached in four CIF Nor-Cal bowl games, winning one in 2017. I also have coached and won one state championship, the 2017 CIF State Division 4A game.

Outside of coaching, I am a Director of IT, with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, along with a double minor in Mathematics and Physics. I am currently married with 3 young kids.

I absolutely love the game of volleyball. I have playing since I was 5 years old, continuing into both high school and college volleyball. As a coach, I led both Boys and Girls Varsity teams at Booker T. Washington High School in Miami, Florida from 2012-2016. Recently, I have been at Piedmont Hills High School coaching from 2016-present. I am a competitive, passionate coach who loves developing players into their full potential. I look forward to learning, achieving, and growing with all our players throughout each season.

I have been an English teacher at Piedmont Hills since 2016 and I have been coaching baseball at PH since 2017. I have coached in some capacity since 2010: JV Baseball at Pioneer High School, JV Baseball at Piedmont Hills High School, Dub Baseball (Travel Team). I became the co-Athletic Director in 2019.
