Athletic Transfers

STUDENT TRANSFERS

All students that are transferring into Piedmont Hills from another high school and would like to participate in athletics MUST file paper work with CCS in order to participate in any athletic program at PHHS. The following forms must be submitted to the Athletic Director two weeks prior to the first game/match of the sport.

1. Valid Address Change: Those students who have moved into the Piedmont Hills attendance zone must fill out the following paperwork and return to the Athletic Director two weeks prior to the first game/match of the athletic season.

2. Transfer Students: Any students who has transferred to Piedmont Hills AND who is not in the PHHS attendance area must fill out the following paperwork and return to the Athletic Director two weeks prior to the first game/match of the athletic season.

3. A-B-A School Transfers: Those students who were originally attending PHHS and then had to move to another school but are now returning to PHHS will fill out the following paperwork and return to the Athletic Director two weeks prior to the first game/match of the athletic season.

4. Foreign Exchange Students: Those students that are involved with exchange programs must fill out the following paperwork and return to the Athletic Director two weeks prior to the first game/match of the athletic season or as soon as they arrive attend PHHS.
