  • AP Cancellation Process

    • AP cancelation and refunds are a two step process. First, students who wish to cancel an AP Exam may do so through May 15, 2021 for a full refund of the exam fee. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after May 15, 2021. Please submit this form to cancel the exam. Next, Ms. Pereira will email you a refund request from that must be submitted at the school bank. The refunds will be processed through the school district and may take up to 8 weeks to process. Please note that all cancellations are final.


Students who register to take an AP course will be invited to attend an annual AP Information Night in the Spring. Final decisions regarding AP course enrollment must be made following this event. AP courses will not be dropped after the deadline.

2020 -2021 School Year Information:

The AP Registration for the 2020-2021 AP test session will begin October 5, 2020 - October 30, 2020. Please print the AP Exam Sign UP Sheet and take the filled out form to the school bank with payment. Only students who complete the exam sign up sheet with payment will be registered for exams. ALL Payments must be received by October 30, 2020.

Students who qualify for an AP fee reduction should email the completed form labeled AP Fee Reduction Application, along with qualifying documentation, to Ms. Ohlendorf (ohlendorfs@esuhsd.org) by Friday, October 23rd. (Please read the directions on the form).

Self Study Testing Students - follow the same enrollment process as all other students AND must complete the following google form: Self Study AP Registration

The school bank will be open from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to collect the AP payment. All AP registration and Payments must be submitted by October 30, 2020. Please bring your school ID, completed AP Registration Form and a check payable to ESUHSD PHHS.

Due to Social Distancing we have arranged a registration time based on your last name. Please only come during your designated days and times 2:30 PM -5:30 PM
